Job Description: You’re an experienced web developer used to writing standards-compliant HTML/CSS, and developing content management systems, e-commerce sites, or web applications in PHP or Ruby. Flash skills would be a bonus. You’re an all-rounder who works hard, learns quickly, always produces quality, is comfortable dealing with clients and understands the needs of a growing small business. You may also have experience, or a desire to become more involved with: Ajax, SEO, Photoshop skills, developing sites for mobile and iPhone, social networks and Web 2.0 apps.
