Job Description: Ruby on Rails Developer (s) sought by dynamic technology focussed eCommerce start-up that are making money! The company is passionate about Open Source technology - contributing back to forums, particularly with Ruby on Rails but also using Mocha, Cruisecontrol, Beanstalkd, Memcached, Hoptoad, Solr, Selenium. They are currently seeking open source enthusiasts to join their talented team and are currently recruiting for multiple Ruby on Rails Developers due to growth (35k to 55k). You will design and develop new features in an Agile development environment, using pair programming, two week sprint cycles and daily Scrum meetings. You will also have time allocated on a weekly basis to dedicate to personal projects and exploring new and emerging technologies. You will be enthusiastic about technology with a passion for Ruby on Rails and developing top quality code with experience of working in an Agile development environment and with Web 2.0 framework.
