Job Description: Playlouder MSP has been working with ISPs and the music industry to develop both an innovative business model for music consumption, and innovative user experiences around music and communication to complement ISPs’ offerings. You will be critical in refining, scaling and rolling out our service to white-label ISP clients, and should: * Have a background in computer science, mathematics or similar * Be a solid technical all-rounder with software development experience on sizeable projects. Our work involves: * Languages including Ruby (will consider experience with Python or similar) and Javascript * Solid knowledge of client and server-side web development * Databases, data modeling and ORM tools * Widget-based, object-oriented UI development * Web services APIs and integration work * Messaging and server push technologies * Agile software development tools and techniques * Large quantities of media data * Scaling challenges * A warehouse full of music geeks :)
